Политика конфиденциальности (1)
A. Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out must be completed by 12:00 on the day of departure.
At least one registered guest in each room must be 18 years of age or older. This guest will be considered the responsible adult and will be responsible for the reservation, the room and the conduct of all accompanying guests throughout the stay.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, must be confirmed by the hotel and may incur an additional charge.
2. Cancellation, Modification, No-Show and Payment Terms
Each reservation is subject to the cancellation, modification, no-show, deposit and payment conditions applicable to the rate selected by the guest.
These conditions will be displayed during the booking process and included in the reservation confirmation. The guest should review them carefully before completing the reservation.
Depending on the selected rate, the reservation may be flexible, partially refundable or non-refundable. Any applicable cancellation charge, modification restriction, prepayment requirement or no-show charge will be determined by the conditions of the selected rate.
Requests to modify a reservation, including changes to the dates of stay, room category, number or identity of guests, or board arrangement, are subject to availability and the conditions of the selected rate. A modification may result in a change to the total reservation price.
If a guest fails to arrive on the confirmed arrival date without cancelling the reservation in accordance with the applicable conditions, the reservation will be treated as a no-show. The hotel may charge the amount specified in the applicable rate conditions and may release the reserved accommodation.
Where prepayment or a deposit is required, the reservation may not be confirmed until the required payment has been successfully processed. If a payment is declined, reversed or otherwise unsuccessful, the hotel may contact the guest to request an alternative payment method and may cancel the reservation if payment is not received within the stated period.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method. The time required for the amount to appear in the guest's account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Hotel accommodation booked for specific dates is generally not subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to certain distance contracts. The cancellation rights available to the guest are therefore those stated in the conditions of the selected rate, without prejudice to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
3. Room Allocation and Hotel Changes
Room numbers and specific room locations are allocated at the hotel's discretion and are subject to availability at the time of arrival.
Where reasonably necessary for operational, maintenance or safety reasons, the hotel may allocate an alternative room of an equivalent or higher category at no additional accommodation charge.
Photographs displayed on the hotel's website and booking engine are provided for illustrative purposes. Rooms within the same category may vary slightly in size, layout, furnishings, décor or view while maintaining the facilities and standards applicable to the booked room category.
4. Special Requests
Special requests, including requests for a specific room location, double or twin beds, interconnecting rooms, a preferred floor, early check-in, late check-out, dietary requirements or accessibility arrangements, are subject to availability.
The hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests. However, a request cannot be guaranteed unless it has been expressly confirmed in writing by the hotel.
Certain requests, including early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades or additional facilities, may incur an additional charge. Any applicable charge will be communicated to the guest before the requested service is confirmed.
Guests should inform the hotel of any accessibility requirements, allergies or dietary requirements as early as reasonably possible. Although the hotel will take reasonable care, it cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment.
5. Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and indoor areas of the hotel are strictly non-smoking.
Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices, is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
Guests who smoke or vape inside a guest room or any other non-smoking area may be charged a reasonable additional cleaning fee and may be held responsible for any resulting loss or damage to hotel property.
6. Guest Responsibility and Conduct
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and for any loss or damage caused by them or by members of their party to the hotel room, hotel property or facilities during their stay.
The hotel may charge the guest for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing property that has been deliberately or negligently damaged or removed.
Parents, guardians and responsible adults must supervise children and minors at all times, particularly around the swimming pools and other hotel facilities.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, hotel employees and hotel property and to comply with reasonable hotel rules and safety instructions.
The hotel may take appropriate and proportionate action, including refusing or terminating accommodation, where a guest's behaviour is unsafe, seriously disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent or unlawful. Where accommodation is terminated because of such conduct, any refund will be subject to the circumstances of the incident, the conditions of the reservation and applicable law.
7. Changes to Hotel Services and Facilities
Hotel services, facilities, menus, entertainment programmes and opening hours are subject to availability and may be amended due to seasonal operations, occupancy levels, weather conditions, maintenance, health and safety requirements or other operational circumstances.
The hotel will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and, where a material change affects a confirmed reservation, will provide appropriate information or assistance in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.
8. Incorrectly Displayed Rates
If an obviously incorrect rate is displayed on the hotel's website or booking engine as a result of a technical, system or input error, the hotel will notify the guest as soon as reasonably possible after becoming aware of the error.
The hotel will advise the guest of the correct applicable rate and offer the guest the opportunity to proceed at that rate, subject to availability.
If the guest does not wish to proceed at the corrected rate, the affected reservation may be cancelled and any amount paid directly to the hotel for that reservation will be refunded using the original payment method.
Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory rights available to the guest under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
9. Personal Data and Privacy
Personal data collected in connection with reservations, enquiries and hotel stays will be processed in accordance with the hotel's Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation.
Further information regarding how the hotel collects, uses, stores and protects personal data, as well as the rights available to guests, can be found in the hotel's Privacy Policy.
10. Force Majeure
The hotel will not be liable for a delay, interruption or failure to perform its obligations where this results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, floods, fires, epidemics, pandemics, governmental restrictions, labour disputes affecting essential services, utility or power failures, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, war or other comparable events that could not reasonably have been prevented or avoided by the hotel.
In such circumstances, the hotel will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption, keep affected guests appropriately informed and provide reasonable assistance where possible.
Any cancellation, refund, alternative accommodation or other remedy arising from such circumstances will be considered in accordance with the applicable reservation conditions, mandatory consumer rights and the specific circumstances of the event.
11. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any mandatory rights or protections available to guests under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
Guests residing in another country may also benefit from mandatory consumer rights available under the laws applicable to them where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any provision found to be invalid or unenforceable will be treated as separate from the remaining provisions, which will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Acceptance and Updates
By completing a reservation through the hotel's website or booking engine, the guest confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, together with the specific rate and payment conditions presented during the booking process.
The version of these Terms and Conditions displayed and accepted at the time the reservation is completed will apply to that reservation.
The hotel may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updates will apply only to future reservations and will not affect existing confirmed bookings unless required by law or expressly agreed between the hotel and the guest.
